Dry and refined, elegant and refreshing, this champagne is deeply rooted in the traditions of the Côte des Blancs, and highly regarded among champagne enthusiasts and connoisseurs looking for smaller, boutique, artisanal producers. This is also ideal for those who appreciate the finesse and purity in a Blanc de Blancs.
There is an elegant bouquet of citrus and white stone fruit on the nose which gives way to brioche, honeysuckle and a light minerality on the palate.
This makes for a perfect pairing with light and elegant dishes such as fresh seafood, white fish, citrus-based salads, and creamy cheeses.
Situated in the esteemed Grand Cru village of Oger at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, just south of Avize, boasts a rich heritage spanning five generations. Today, the estate is overseen by the delightful Aude Vauban and her cousin Carla Bonnet. Spanning seven hectares, the domaine exclusively cultivates Chardonnay vines, with Grand Cru plots nestled in Oger, Avize, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. To enhance depth and complexity, the winemakers skilfully blend wines from all three villages for each cuvée.
