Domaine de Cabrials, French Ambush Viognier, 2023

This refreshing Viognier is produced from fruit grown on ancient terraces of the river Orb in the Languedoc region of France.  A fresh, well balanced, full and fruity wine with a typical floral aroma of the variety, showing notes of white flowers and lily.

The French Ambush project's "raison d'être" is to produce 'vin de soif' wines with the most quintessentially French character possible. This Viognier from Béziers is chic and classy, reflected by the glamorous, red-lipped, beret-wearing lady on the lable. A rather floral Viognier on the nose, it is full and round on the palate, nicely balanced with a lasting finish. An elegant, fine and refreshing white wine full of French "joie de vivre".
