Rich and full-bodied, offering flavours of dark berries, black cherries, and dried herbs, balanced by fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. The oak ageing adds complexity, introducing nuances of vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of smokiness, leading to a long, harmonious finish.

On the nose, An intense and layered bouquet featuring aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums, intertwined with floral notes of violets, hints of spice, and subtle touches of cedar from oak ageing.
