Back in 2022, I was part of the team that opened Dorian in Notting Hill.
I feature a smattering of the (more accessibly priced!) wines here at Whitfield Wines.

"There has been a birth in the family. Not a human child, but one of the restaurant variety. Dorian (Notting Hill) was born in mid-September and I am happy to report is healthy and happy. Very noisy at night, and quite exhausting in general, everyone that has encountered Dorian seems to be delighted.
For my loyal Whitfield Wines followers it is hopefully good news, as the list at Dorian is predominantly French and Italian, and there has been a lot of wine tasted over recent weeks.
Dorian is a seasonal British bistro with an emphasis on grill, and a focus on sourcing the very best produce from around Britain, whilst keeping pricing accessible. Young Chef Max Coen (ex-Ikoyu and Kitchen Table) leads at the stoves. Drinks are a big deal with the brilliant wine list put together with my help, and cocktails curated by former Core bar manager, Ale Villa."
